Tecnologia e Costruzione
Il 555 PS beneficia di decenni di esperienza e dell’inarrestabile ricerca della migliore qualità del suono possibile. Il suo massiccio trasformatore, più largo del 40% circa rispetto a quello utilizzato per l’alimentatore XPS, ha 5 avvolgimenti separati con 7 voltaggi di alimentazione regolati in uscita, compresa un’uscita specifica per essere utilizzata con il circuito clock del CD555.
555 PS è stato aggiornato nel 2012, risultato di un progetto durato 2 anni per lo sviluppo di un nuovo regolatore discreto (DR) per le alimentazioni Naim. Il nuovo Naim DR ora è caratterizzato da migliorie ai cablaggi, al disaccoppiamento meccanico e alla disposizione interna dei componenti . Questi aggiornamenti, sviluppati attraverso test di ascolto intensivi, migliorano in modo significativo le performance e rendono la musica ancora più comunicativa e coinvolgente.
